*Cancellation/No Show Policy: In order to meet the needs of our clients and to honor both your time and ours, any cancellation or appointment changes made less than 24 hours in advance (1 business day) for revisits and 48 hours (2 business days) for new evaluations will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services. We do understand emergencies happen, so exceptions are sometimes made when there are extenuating circumstances.
