What to do prior to your first visit and what to expect

Prior to the initial visit, we need a vet referral form and new patient forms filled out (please click on "New Patient Forms" under "For Pet Owners")

The first visit will be 60-75 minutes and include a thorough full body examination as well as treatment. We will discuss our findings and together formulate a treatment plan and goals. 

We will then discuss our findings and our plan of care with your veterinarian as well as regularly inform your veterinarian about your dog’s progress.
